Course Objectives This course aims to give students the ability to analyze the basic concepts of commercial law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to classify the system of commercial law.
  • Will interpret commercial operations and provisions.
  • Observe trade registry transactions.
  • Observe legal consequences of being merchant.
  • Define duties of assistant merchant.
  • Classify companies and analyze main features of companies.
Course Description This course consists of determining the concept of merchandise and commercial judgement, the commercial book, unfair competition and partnership operations, the negotiable ınstruments.
